By accessing or using the Rasoi Roots website and mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rasoi Roots is a food delivery subscription platform that provides fresh, home-cooked thali meals delivered daily in Ahmedabad, India. Users can subscribe to meal plans of varying durations and thali types.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid Indian phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate delivery address information.
• One account per phone number is permitted.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions begin on the start date you select during checkout.
• Each subscription covers a fixed number of days as selected in your plan.

5. Delivery

• Deliveries are made to the address specified in your order within the selected time slot.
• We currently serve select areas within Ahmedabad. Your delivery address must be within our service area.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or unavailability at the delivery location.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Subscription cancellations may be requested by contacting our support team.
• Refunds for unused days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• No refunds will be issued for meals already prepared or delivered.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Food Safety and Allergies

Our meals are prepared in a home kitchen environment. While we maintain high hygiene standards, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. If you have food allergies, please contact us before subscribing. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
• Submit false or misleading information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rasoi Roots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
